SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Absolutely! We server customers from all over the world. In order for us to do so without any hiccups, please make sure that all of your checkout information is entered correctly.

Order processing takes 1-4 business days before shipment.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. 

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually, the postman will leave the package at your front door, in the mailbox, or he may leave a collection slip if no one is home and you can pick your parcel up from your local post office.

CANCEL ORDER / OUR GUARANTEE

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at support@outdoormat.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.

EMAILS & NOTIFICATIONS

Yes, you will receive an email notifying you of confirmation of your order. Tracking information is available 5 days after you have placed your order. If your tracking information is not automatically sent to you via email within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us form.
